EZ Karera Privacy Policy

EZ Karera is a horse racing game. You bet with game chips on races made by the game. Chips have no money value: they can never be cashed out, exchanged for money, or turned into prizes.

What we collect

When you make an account we keep:

• Your mobile number, used as your login.
• Your MPIN, stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, so nobody can read it, including us.
• The name you choose. It is shown on the winners board when you win.
• Your chip balance, the bets you place, and their results.
• If you buy chips: the pack, the price, and when it was paid. Your payment details (GCash, Maya, card) go straight to our payment provider, PayMongo, and never reach us.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or advertising ID. The game has no ads and no third-party tracking.

How we use it

Only to run the game: logging you in, keeping your chips and bets, paying out winning tickets, and showing winners. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, except our service providers that run the game for us (Vercel and Supabase host the game server and database; PayMongo handles payments).

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your number, name, MPIN, chips, bets and purchase records are deleted right away.

Deleting your account

Go to ez-karera.vercel.app/delete-account.html, enter your mobile number and MPIN, and your account and all its data are deleted.

Age

EZ Karera is for adults 18 and over.

Security

All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The database can only be reached by the game server.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
